location of film

i thought that we could use this location by the river for our film because it allows us to do a high angle long shot also it would be good for a chase scene as the long shot would get both actors in the detective and the bad guy. there would be houses in the back ground so it would allow the viewer to get the sense that it is in the country side and not the city because of the trees and the old houses in the background.
